    Hello Ramon,

    I have tested here in our office and have had no issue installing the new 3.8.0 version of the BluOS desktop app. With that being said, it is most likely that this issue is due to configurations either with your antivirus or with permissions on your computer. What I could suggest is to try running the BluOS 3.8.0 installer as an administrator to see if this helps.

    If you continue to experience issues, try turning off your antivirus temporarily to see if this helps and if the issue persists, you may want to reach out to Mircosoft for further assistance.
