Impossible to connect to mobile WiFi
One customer has inquired that it cannot connect to mobile WiFi.
I interacted with the customer several times, but couldn't resolve it.
I've asked to try a factory reset several times, but things haven't changed.
Here is the information.
Mobile Router: 504HW

transmission system: Advanced Mode=AXGP (Is this a problem?)
authentic method: WPA2-PSK
Condition:
When trying to add a player, "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again."
In short, it timed out during connection.
Asked about LED status and recommended manual setting, but it did not help.
Please let me know how to find a solution.

I have the same problem with my powernod 2i and KEENETIC_ULTRA router. My Bluos app on my samsung S7 can't connect. I did reset powernod, reinstall android app. Still can't connect. What I need to do? eyedocrd@gmail.com
