    Hello Ashish,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your library. The way the BluOS app sorts your music library is based on the ID3 metadata information in the file itself. If your song was previously displaying the correct album and artist information in the BluOS app, it is very strange that it would now appear as an unknown artist unless you had directly made changes to this metadata.

    What I would suggest is to verify the metadata is correct on this song by using an external metadata editor such as Mp3Tag. If all the metadata is correct, attempt a full Rebuild Index instead of the standard Reindex by going to Help > Diagnostics > Rebuild Index in the BluOS app.

    If you are still experiencing issues after that, please contact our support crew directly at support@bluesound.com to investigate this further for you.

    Hello,

    I did not make any changes to the metadata. I dont even know how to as I just received my Vault 2i.  I was just in the process of ripping my CD's when accidentally I clicked on the Reindex music collection tab on my iphone while the CD was still getting ripped.

    Instead of rebuilding the index, is there any way to delete that particular song (untitled) from my iphone? I can than just rip the CD where the song is missing.

    Also, when I go to Help > Diagnostics > I see a BLANK screen? I don't see Rebuild index tab?

    Appreciate it Wes! I am hoping its a quick fix. Any idea why I get  a Blank screen when I go to Help --> Diagnostics?

    Do you think I have a faulty device? Let me know as I am still in the return period.

    Hello Wes!

    The issue still persist, I am not able to reindex or rebuild the index, the song keeps showing as Untitled.flac file. I ma not sure how to get rid of it. I have sent the diagnostic log to your support team, Reference # 167733
