    Hello Peter,

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing audio dropouts on your player. What I would suggest is to send our support team a diagnostic log the next time these dropouts occur so they may investigate it further for you. The diagnostic log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app. The diagnostic log will be automatically included with your request.

    Once we receive your log, a member of our support crew will review it and work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.
