Music "lagging"
AnsweredWe regularly have a problem. Not always but often. The music "lags"--short pauses of 1-2-3 seconds and then it resumes. Usually every 10-30 seconds. Quite frustrating.
Then the problem goes away--and comes back. Etc., etc.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing audio dropouts on your player. What I would suggest is to send our support team a diagnostic log the next time these dropouts occur so they may investigate it further for you. The diagnostic log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app. The diagnostic log will be automatically included with your request.Once we receive your log, a member of our support crew will review it and work with you to find a solution as soon as possible.
