Newbie Questions on C368 BluOS - cant find device & Alexa issues

Hello,

first of all thanks in advance for helping here!

I got a brand new C368 with BluOS module and some questions: 

-Playing music from Tidal streaming to C368

On Apple & Android the C368 is not showing up in the menu to stream to if you select the "Speaker" symbol. If I got to Airplay on Apple device I finde the C368 and can play music. On Android its not showing up at all. Is this intended? 

I thought there must be other options except Airplay to stream it. Sonos, Chormecast etc is showing up perfectly.

-Alexa Skill

I found out that the Alexa BluOS (and Tidal too?) skill is only available in the US! Im in Germany and I really want to use it. Is there any other way to make Alexa work in my Country except changing the region of Alexa to US?

    Hi Max

    Currently, the Alexa BluOS Voice Skill is only available in English but we are working to add other languages. German is atop of that list but we, unfortunately, do not have a time frame we can share just yet.

    Could you also help me with my first question. Why cant I see the C368 on Andriod phones as speaker to play on (only on Apple iOS and only via Airplay..)?
