Constant trouble with Amazon Music HD
AnsweredHello,
when streaming albums, playlists and radiostations via Amazon Music HD I constantly get the following error after some titles have been streamed:
"Remote service error: Only http and https url schemes supported!"
The error occures absolutely randomly. Sometimes streaming works for hours, sometimes the problem occures after the first title.
What is this error and how can it befixed? Is this a problem that needs to be fixed by Amazon or is it something with my setup?
I also use Qobuz which is working perfectly.
I am using a Node 2i and the device is connected via cable. I am located in Germany, if this is also a relevant info for the problem.
Any help would be great, because with this error constantly occuring Amazon Music HD is unuseable for me with the Node 2i.
BTW.: When streaming not via the BluOS app but via the Amazon Music app on my iPhone and sending the stream via AirPlay to the player or to another player which is able to do CromeCast, the problem does not occure.
Cheers,

Hello Schoeppi,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Amazon Music streaming. The error message you are receiving is typically due to the streaming service not properly authenticating your account through the BluOS app. What I would suggest in this case is to try signing out and back into Amazon Music through the BluOS app to see if this helps. If the issue persists after signing out and back in, then the next time you experience this issue please go to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app to create a ticket with our support crew. A diagnostic log will be included with this request and we will investigate this further to see what we can do to resolve this issue for you.
Regards,

Hello,
just for the records :-). I think the problem is solved. After log out and log in again everything is fine for more then one week.
Cheers and thanks a lot,
