    Hello Schoeppi,

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Amazon Music streaming. The error message you are receiving is typically due to the streaming service not properly authenticating your account through the BluOS app. What I would suggest in this case is to try signing out and back into Amazon Music through the BluOS app to see if this helps.

    If the issue persists after signing out and back in, then the next time you experience this issue please go to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app to create a ticket with our support crew. A diagnostic log will be included with this request and we will investigate this further to see what we can do to resolve this issue for you.

    Hello,

     

    just for the records :-). I think the problem is solved. After log out and log in again everything is fine for more then one week.
