Opening Windows 10 desktop app.
AnsweredI reinstalled the BluOs Windows desktop app yesterday, 22 January, and then re-connected my Vault and Node to the network; they both display blue lights. They are both wired connections to the network. I have also followed the instructions about various settings to have for BluOs in Windows 10. Yesterday, I was able to open the app and see the two players listed. Today, I try and open the app and it hangs on the screen that says '24-Bit Hi-Res Music. In every room. Wirelessly'.
Please tell me what I have to do to get BlueSound working correctly. Thanks.

Hi Boyd
Your laptop is not connected to the same network as your Players. Please ensure it is... if problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com -
Sure wish they would have answered this question, because I have the same thing going on.
The screen just says "24-Bit Hi-Res Music" and won't go to anything else so I'm having to use my phone app.

With regard to the problem of opening the Windows 10 desktop app, I resolved it by unplugging all the TP Link powerline adapters and starting from scratch linking them again to my network. When I go away, I no longer switch off the adapters. This approach has ensured the continued and uninterrupted connectivity of my three pieces of Bluesound equipment - a Vault, a Node and a Powernode - to my network. I use the desktop app on a desktop PC and not on a laptop, and I have a wired network. I hope this response is of some help.
