Not shuffling certain genres

Is there a way that when I shuffle songs for it not to include certain categories or genres? I have about 14,000 songs but I don't want any of my classical music or Christmas music to play randomly.

  Hi Mark

  Unfortunately not - we do not have exceptions when querying genres etc. Not as practical for the Classical Problem but I keep all my Christmas Music in a separate folder form my other music and then only add the second share of the folder \XmasMusic for the month of December and reindex on December 1st and January 6th when I disconnect it...
  
  Not as practical for Classical but maybe still an option...

  Thanks Tony. I ended up making a playlist that included most of my albums but excluded christmas and classical and things I don't really want popping up on shuffle.
