Latest app update - lost play/pause buttons and playing info for added URLs

After the last app update, I no longer have play/pause or whats playing info for any URL that I have added. It still plays, but I have to use Alexa to make it stop. Is there a fix for this??

  Hi Adam

  It turns out the cause is the stream you are listening to has no metadata attached to it. This somehow prevents the app from displaying transport buttons. Our QA team has passed this to our Development Team to resolve in a near-future update.

  Thanks for bringing it to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience. The workaround is to open the drawer and play something else then Pause THAT or use the hard buttons atop the Player.

  Not sure if it helps, but the same stations worked fine before the last update (transport buttons were there), so maybe they can pull something from the previous app version to fix it.
