    Hello David,

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Powernode 2i. The first thing I would suggest is to ensure that your TV is set to output audio to the output you have your Powernode 2i connected to, such as Optical or HDMI. I would also suggest setting your TV's audio output format to PCM to see if this resolves the issue.

If this issue persists, then please go to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app to send a request to our support crew to investigate this further for you. A diagnostic log from your player will be automatically included with this request so we can see if anything is causing the Powernode to have issues receiving your TV's output.

    Regards,

Hi I have just got a powernote 2i buit there is no sound from TV, Samson support has checked the TV online and it was ok. The TV has a HDMI arc and the output is set  to PCM. In the BluOS i can´t see the HDMI and therefor i can´t chose this. I have send a mail to support incl. logfile but no reply so far, so it is not so nice to get some new gear and it is not functioning

    Regards,

    Torben

Hi Torben, if you are sure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is enabled and you are using a HDMI 1.4 or higher cable and it's not working, try to "unplug" the TV for 30 sec. (until you see the power indicator turns off).

I tried "a few" cables and none was working until I "cold started" the TV. My Samsung TV is now on a remote controlled power outlet so I can manually "unplug" when HDMI-ARC randomly  is not working.

Hi Bjørn, thanks for your reply and i have tried to make a cold start of the TV, but it is still not working. I have attached some images, from TV and HDMI and from BluSo app. as you can see the HDMI is not visible in the settings in BluSo app. The cable is recommended from the Hi-FI club where i have bought the Bluesound system and Dali loudspeakers,

Hey, I have the exact same issue as Torben G with the HDMI arc signal.
Have done all the steeps above.
Before I had a JBL soundbar that worked flawless with my TV.

Hi, I have the same issue with my Philips TV! Wonder if Bluesound will ever resolve?
