Bluos App Controller Android
AnsweredHello
I have a Node2, Pulse2 and a Flex2i I now have these hard wired (slightly defeating the use !!!!) via Ethernet cables I've done this because I had endless drop off's from my network, its not my network either I currently have 75mpbs. via a mesh set up.
Since I've hard wired them the controller app keeps crashing, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it countless times, this fixes the problem temporarily but it's not long before it crashes again. It seems to crash when I move from upstairs using the app to downstairs..open the app and low and behold and frustratingly it's crashed !!! I see lots of users describing issues with drop out's and app problems, I've E-mailed support on 8th Jan via the controller without any response, I've also sent in a support request via the support on line and no response !!!! Is anyone else having issues with the Bluesound system ? if so any fixes ? I am totally frustrated for what should be simple set up to use, it's not a cheap set up, Bluesound pull your fingers out and get what I believe to be issues your end sorted

I Sent some diagnostics reports to you following your request to do so.
I've haven't had a response regarding these reports, I'm still experiencing problems with the Bluos controller app crashing or not playing to my Pulse Flex 2i, and still often loosing the pulse flex 2i from my network.
Hoping I may get some support soon !!

I use Bluos in my NAD amplifier, I have internet connected by cable. Also often I can't connect to any device. I found out that the reason is probably that the LAN card is on hold, to solve this problem you have to pull out the LAN cable and wait 20 seconds. After inserting, everything works normally.
