Bluesound Node 2 No Sound

My Node 2 has been working fine but last night a installed a new subwoofer into my Pre-amp and now i have no sound coming from the Node 2.
Its playing tracks according to the App but i cannot get any sound into my Pre.
My other sources into the Pre are still working Fine.
I have performed a Factory Reset and its still not working.
Can you please help.

A factory reset would not affect your hardware connections. Please send us a more detailed description of your connections including makes and models to support@bluesound.com so we can help troubleshoot. I suspect the issue is a setting in your Pre-amp though.

Hi,
I utilise the Coax digital out of the Node into a Nuprime DAC10.
I use the volume setting of the DAC10 as my Preamp.
Other sources into the DAC10 are working OK
