Streaming Qobuz in HighRes with NODE 2i
Hello, I'm subscribed to Qobuz Sublime but my NODE 2i does not play files in HiRes. When played, every album or song is displayed as CD quality (or MP3 should I choose the respective option), eventhough they are available in HR. I have signed in and out and uninstalled the apps.
Any ideas?

Please check out your account settings at Qobuz.com and ensure your account has hi-res streaming to third party products enabled. Qobuz has multiple tiers so can sometimes confuse what is available and what is the default.
If problems persist after that, and all appears to be correct, please select Help, Send Support Request in our App so we may review the log file and help troubleshoot further...
