Connecting TV with 3.5m jack or digi coaxial

I would like to play my TV through my Bluesound Node 2i (I am using my Node 2i for my Flac files stored on a NAS drive but I'm also using the Node 2i preamp connected directly into two Audiolab poweramps) but my TV only has digital co-axial out and and a.3.5 headphone out. Can I connect with either of these forms of connection?

  The headphone jack will work but not ideal... I had a similar problem back when the original PULSE came out. You can get a COAX to TOSLink adapter on Amazon or at a local consumer electronics shop. They usually run in the $30-50 range for a half decent one and will require AC power generally...
