Win10 Controller sharing iTunes library shows duplicates, songs out of sequence, and albums are missing
AnsweredCan anyone tell me why the Windows 10 BluOS controller shows an album with the tracks in alphabetical order, and with duplicates:
This is the album as it appears in iTunes:
And here are the tracks in the music folder. There are definitely only one of each, no duplicates anywhere in the iTunes library:
Using this album as an example, but there are many more with duplicates. To play an album in sequence, I must open iTunes to see the play sequence, and add the tracks individually to the playlist. This is clunky and unacceptable.
Secondly, can anyone tell me why albums are missing from the BluOS library, despite being there in iTunes? For example, in the screenshot below, the album "On An Island" is missing:
The album is present in iTunes as shown below:
And it exists within the iTunes Music folder which was shared as the library for BluOS to access:
And finally, can anyone tell me why the Bluesound Support Crew responds to posts to say that it's been escalated for follow-up, they mark it as "Answered", then do nothing?
