Hi, anyone has an experience removing Pulse 2 aluminum grill? Mine got dented badly.

  Hello PJ,
  
  The front grill of your Pulse 2 is not anchored or secured with any screw or clips. To remove the front grill, simply use your nail on the top or side of your Pulse 2 to separate the grill from the chassis and gently slide the grill off.

  If you would like to replace your dented grill you can either contact our sales team directly if you are within North America or if you are outside North America, you will need to contact the distributor for your region. I will provide the contact information for both below.
