    Hello Heath,

    Since the CI580 does not have a built-in amplifier, you will need to use an external amplifier before connecting to your speakers. What I would suggest is to ensure the volume to your CI580 zones is turned up in the BluOS app and if you are still not getting the desired volume levels, try turning up your amplifier further or look into a more powerful amplifier for your system.

    Yeah but I have brand new NAD CI stuff - it’s a pretty good amp. Still not understanding why I am having problems. I don’t hear sound unless I’m at half volume or higher and I’m not deaf, and I connected the zones. Something isn’t right ....
