    Hi Filea

    https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200271926

    It's also important to note the file size. In your settings, you can also select Music Library and set Optimise Artwork to ON. This will slow down your index but each album artwork will be optimised for App performance.

    Thank you Tony.

    After re-indexing and OPtimse Artwork to on, everything seems to be OK now.

    Same problem.

    However, i already reduced the cover.jpg to 130kb. Tiny picture. and i still get Artowrk too large message. Help!

    actually tried your recommended BLISS soft. After scanning BLISS says all albums are compliant. and yet no changes - still same stupid message about artwork being too large.

    feel like doing a webex session with me and try to debug the issue as I observe?

    ok, only after removing network share and connecting again the resized artwork is finally visible to the bluesound. all those reindexing and optimizations and art work reload options you have don't help at all. And still even after reconnecting to the share and indexing collection "from scratch" a small percentage of the art is still showing this idiotic Artwork Too Large message. I'd like to say Hi to guys who developed your software: nice job guys!

    Hi-Res

    Help - Diagnostics - Rebuild Index does the same as disconnect/connect share. Also make sure "Optimize Artwork" is "on"

    Regarding image size, this "powertoy" is really helpful (once configured);

    As per https://www.blisshq.com/music-library-management-blog/2018/02/14/maildump-bluesound/ I've had reports that deleting/reconnecting to a share does a little more than rebuild... but maybe this has changed.

    Thanks Dan

    Album Artwork that is not physically embedded in the file (such as cover.jpg or folder.jpg files) are not seen with a Reindex Music Collection scan because the music file itself did not change.

    To err on the side of caution, if you are changing album artwork, please purge the database by selecting Help, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index. Once the index completes, for safe measure, dump the local App cached artwork by Settings, Reload Album Artwork.
