Player Connectivity
AnsweredHi community,
Been having this issue since I got my system about a month ago (3 of the smaller playes, 2 of the larger). Cannot figure this out and would love some help.
I created a fixed group of the two larger players because I want those as a stereo pair. Then I want to be able to add one or another of the smaller player so they are playing the same thing that is playing through the stereo pair.
Every way I try to add another player, it seems to cut out the stereo pair and everything stops playing. The only way I seem to be able to get the system back up and running is unplug everything and start over.
So...how do I create a stereo pair, and then be able to add one or more other players to what that pair is playing? Is it possible? If so, how?? If not, I would just like to know I am trying to do something that's not possible.
Many thanks!!

Hello Gordon,
This issue you have described is quite strange. By creating a fixed group, this group will appear as if it were a single player in the player drawer of your BluOS app. To group these players with another around your home, simply tap the + icon next to the player you wish to add and your audio should play to all of these players.
If you continue to experience these issue then please send our support crew a diagnostic log by going to Help > Send Support Request through the BluOS app so we may investigate this further for you.
Regards,
Wesley P.
