Can't find device in app

I have 4 Bluesound devices, all on the same wireless net. 3 of them work just fine but the 4th one gives me problems. It never shows up in the Android app unless I power it off + on. Then ieverything works fine until next time I want to use it when I have to pwr off/on again to make it show up. The light is shining all the time... Any clues? Btw, it's a Node (cube).

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Node. From what you have described this issue may be due to band steering on your router. Since generation 1 Bluesound players are only compatible with the 2.4GHz wireless band, if your router is attempting to push this player to the 5GHz band, you would experience issues similar to the one you described.Please ensure that the Node is connected to the 2.4GHz network and if the issue persists, send our support crew a diagnostic log from this Node by going to Help > Send Support Request and we will investigate this further for you.
