Music services TIDAL only for one player? new? only TIDAL?
AnsweredHi,
because of a 120 day offer I made a TIDAL subscription and set it up within my Bluesound system. Now I am wondering why the TIDAL account is only set in one player. OK I can set it up on all the others too, but I am pretty shure for Amazon Music and others I had to set it up only once and alle players had the account set.
Is this new, so we can use different accounts on different players?
is this with TIDAL only? (maybe have to test it with amazon music again)
If this is a new feature, what about areas where the player is used by different users with different accounts. Again the request please add a way different users can use there accounts on the Bluesound system without Airplay. Maybe with user login within the BluOS app and individual Logins there like HEOS is doing it. Or with the possibility to add more accounts for a service and a selection which one the user wants to use...

Hi Stefan
It should replicate through. Please contact Support by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App as if memory serves, this is not the first time you have had replication issues. We want to see your Player log files so once you have the first request opened, please note the request number (#16xxxx) and then individually select each player in your Player selection drawer and open a Support Request for each player entering the noted number in the subject line.

Hi Tony,
thanks, so do you believe there is a sync issue between all of my Bluesound players?
Would explain why the deleted playlist disappear only on one device, where I did the index deletion. But it's strang that not all syncing is a problem, because new music added to the Vault2i will appear on all players library.
Will send the logfiles if I have some time for it...

I think your network is preventing or blocking syncing. Our Support Crew will be happy to help 1:1
