Spotify free tier streaming to Bluesound devices

Please enable also the streaming from Spotify free tier. It appears that the new SDK needs to be implemented.

  Hi Alex

  We have been working with Spotify on this and are making great progress. I do not have an ETA I can share but it is coming.
