My Bluesound box and my app don’t connect
AnsweredAfter an issue with my internet that is now solved, I cannot connect my app with my Bluesound box. The app keeps telling me to choose my wifi in my iphone general settings, which I have tried multiple times. I have ditched the app and downloaded it anew several times as well. Still, I am stuck here. I cannot choose the box in the app. So they are not communicating, and I get no music. It is very frustrating. Any advice?

Whatever you did to solve your Internet problem has sent your phone off the network. I would suggest to check and see if your phone actually is on the network because the message you are getting suggests it is connected via Cellular only.
