Powernode 2i - constant disconnect

I have frequent problems with my new PowerNodi 2i. I am using a BlueOS app on iOS, however I cannot connect to the player anymore. Everything was working fine, however I was away for few days and when I came back the app could not recognize the player anymore.
I used factory reset 3 times, and sometimes the player doesn’t even show in WiFi setting. But when it does, I keep getting an unexpected error failure when (the player is not connected after the error, I checked the drawer etc). I’ve been trying for 3 hours already, and must say feel a bit frustrated. I have my router (Huawei B525) close to the player, so connection should work (as it used to).
Hope you can help with this, and hopefully fix those connection errors as it completely ruins the customer experience for such a great product.

Please unplug all Bluesound Players. Please then place your smartphone or tablet controlling all Bluesound Players in Airplane mode. Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Wait 5 minutes and power everything up again then take your phone out of Airplane Mode.
If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may see the log files and troubleshoot further.
