The same at me! Doesn't work even after rebooting the WLAN, the Powernodes, also reinstalling didn't get an solution.

When I start the Bluesound App, it tries to find the players, but it doesn't, no other option can be seen so I also can't check if an update is available. Also the apps of two iphones don't work. What now?

Is it possible that the Bluesound App started an update which is -maybe- defect? The problem started suddenly, just in the middle of a song. The two Powernodes have the normal blue light, also rebooting didn't help. The Bluesound App is still searching the players.... with the never ending circle. No further information or error sign is seen....

I can see the Node 2i in Devices on Spotify in Android & Windows 10 but when I select, it either does nothing, or displays Connecting indefinitely.

    What a joke.

I recently installed the BlueSound app update so I assume you've messed this up

Hi, I tried the procedure from Tony and started up my Android phone and Spotify now worked on that phone. Tried the iPhone and the Windows 10 laptop, it did not work. Tried my Android again, and it did not work anymore.  Tried the procedure again from the beginning, but none of my Devices can see the powernode in the Device list. I am still stuck

The issue you are seeing is not firmware related - it has to do with the network device table of your router.

    • Please power down your players and any other network-attached devices. (Laptops, tablets and smartphones you can simply put in Airplane Mode).
    • Unplug your router for 30 seconds then plug it back in
    • Wait 5 minutes
    • Start powering up all your Players and network devices.
    • Reconnect your tablets and laptops
    • Relaunch the app

This will reset your network router's cached addresses. Consider setting a DHCP reservation for devices will help.
