C658 sudden no sound from Line 1

Today for the first time I noticed that while the bluos music services worked fine, there was no longer sound coming from Line 1 (no sound to XLR outs, RCA outs, subwoofer out, nor headphones out. Line 1 becomes muted). I've tried the power cycle and changing inputs back and forth, but nothing helped until I did an MCU reset. Then I had to set up everything again and the sound from Line 1 was restored. But 6 hours later, it happened again and once again, only MCU reset fixed it.
The only thing I did change today was connected the 12V trigger from my Denon to the C658, which works fine. I don't think it's causing this problem.
I sent an email to NAD support. Did anyone else had this problem? Is this another FW bug or is my unit faulty?
