    Hi Fredrik

Check your connections and consult your sub-woofer documentation regarding phase and cross over etc. The POWERNODE has a crossover point at 80Hz.

If problems persist, we will need a log file of the player by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the App.

    Hi

I have the exact same problem with my new NAD C658, which is way more advanced than the Powernode 2i . Very frustrating that there is no way to adjust subwoofer level. I'm waiting to get a reply from NAD, if there is no solution I'll consider returning it or get a miniDSP 2x4 HD to connect between the C658 and the subwoofers to boost their volume...

    Hi Tony,

The issue is not that the sub doesn't work. If I turn the playback volume up, I can clearly hear the sub. The issue is that my speakers are playing too loud compared to my sub even when my sub is at max volume. I have tried both phase settings and all crossover values on the sub. I can send you a log file, but I don't see how that changes the issue that there is no way to indiviually adjust volume of sub and speakers

The ability to control the sub level independent of main volume is something the community is asking for across multiple devices.
