    Idagio tells us you require a premium account (which can be cancelled at any time). Some services allow their trial accounts to work while others may not. Check with Idagio.com to be sure...

    Hello,

    New Node 2i owner here. My free Idagio account worked fine until yesterday evening. Then the BluOS app told me there was a new version available for my device, and after updating Idagio only presented an error message about no valid formats being available. A quick bit of tinkering didn't solve the issue, and I have no clue what's going on...

    Hello Frank,

    What I would suggest is to log out and back into your Idagio account through the BluOS app by going to Music Service > IDAGIO to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

    If you are still receiving errors from Idagio after logging out and back into your account, please send us a diagnostic log from your player by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app to allow us to investigate this further for you.
