Drop outs No TuneIn or Spotify
AnsweredWe Have a Bluesound Pulse 2i Soundbar and a Node 2i. All connected with network cables. Almost each morning I have the problem that the BLUOS app can find both devices, but when I want to listen to TuneIn then I select the radio station, but then I get the message under the radiostation name "can't get playlist". When I open the Spotify app then I can select both Bluesound players but when I click on one of the devices in the spotify app then spotify can not connect to the bluesound devices.
Computer tabled are connected to the wifi and they have internet. DId a speedtest and had 10mbit
Provider KPN ExperiaBox 10 (ADSL)
This same problem also occured when both bluesound products where connected to the wifi. I did a totally new installation when I connected the Bluesound devices to the LAN.
Any Idea?

The issue you have described is quite strange. To help us look into this further for you could you please send a diagnostic log from your player the next time this issue occurs?The log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app. Once the log is sent, a member of our support crew will review it and get back to you as soon as possible to help work towards a solution.
