Albums from iTunes are incomplete

In the past few months, several albums I've purchased via iTunes are displaying only some of the songs in the Library. I have set up iTunes to automatically copy across to the Vault 2; I've checked in Windows Explorer and all the tracks are there, but only some are appearing in the Library regardless of whether I search on album, artist or recently added. There is no logic or sequence to which tracks are available.
One album purchased today can only find tracks e, 4, 5, 7, 11 and 12.
Any suggestions?

If any song is not stored on your laptop locally but in the Apple Music iCloud - when exported, will not play at all in Bluesound as it's not physically on your hard drive - you can check this in the Music App under Songs and in your songs display there is no blue icon of a cloud with an arrow point down from it. If there is, click the icon to download a local copy from the cloud.
Once completed, in the App, please select Settings, Music Library, Reindex Music Collection.
