    Hello David,

Since BluOS uses Amazon Music's third-party API, we are only able to pull details which are provided by their app. At this time, what you have described is a limitation of Amazon's third-party integration however we have received similar feedback regarding the lack of functionality of Amazon's API. Our Quality Assurance team is aware of this feedback and are currently working directly with Amazon to try to provide a more intuitive listening experience in a future update.

I do not have any further details at this time but rest assured we will continue to work with Amazon to help improve their integration into BluOS.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

Not to be a jerk about it Wesley, but the 3rd party integration with SONOS shows the artists names properly.

I strongly agree with David: Not showing the artist name is very annoying. Please, please fix this problem soon.

The fact that other third party integrations (as shown by Davids screenshots) are able to list the artist name shows that the Amazon API supports this!

This is odd. Because on my Android phone I see the Artist but not in the Windows application

  • Thanks for the feedback but it is a conversation our Business Development team is having. Feel free to let Amazon's support team your thoughts too as it is their service. Thanks for your patience.
