    Hello Henrik

    The cause is your networking environment. Once reconnected, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may review the log file. Please include the make, model and operating system version number of your handheld device along with the make, model and version number of your router (written on bottom of router) and any other networking equipment such as wireless extenders or bridges. Please reference #158144 in the subject line and we will be in touch.
