IOS app can't find player - have to unplug Powernode 2i frequently -
Hello,
I am thinking about returning my Powernode 2i /ARC as I am getting tired pulling out the plug once to often.
It is a superb product, but most of the time when I have been away for a couple of hours I can't connect as the app doesn't see the 2i. The wifi-router is nearby and connection very good. What should I do?
ps! Previously I had a Yamaha-musiccast product and a Marantz. Never had a similar issue with them

The cause is your networking environment. Once reconnected, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so we may review the log file. Please include the make, model and operating system version number of your handheld device along with the make, model and version number of your router (written on bottom of router) and any other networking equipment such as wireless extenders or bridges.
