    Great news Christoforos

Here is how Album Artwork is processed; https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000368827

    hey,

no need to answer; I found a description for Win10 folder SMB sharing for copy machines / printers ... that worked now.

however, some of the album art is missing... most of my album art is either file embedded or jpg in the same folder... what does the node2 need to get the art?

    THX

    Christoforos C,

Please can you share the SMB sharing solution as I also have the same problem and have not yet been able to solve it? I am sure others will be grateful too!

    Thks A.

    Hey Andrew,

I would love to share a detailed description - but I am not a super experienced IT person in order to provide that ( just a music lover ;-) )  and I cannot even remember what exactly I did:

I remember - one step is missing in the bluesound description where you need to create a new user ( or better add your account, which usually also is the admin account, as user)  at a certain point, but seriously, am sorry, I forgot where that was... they have this "Guest" account in the bluesound desription which I never had.. so

all I did was search for" Win10 SMB folder sharing for music streaming" (maybe also used the term SAMBA sharing - that is the protocoll used) ... found a youtube video for SMB sharing to copy/printer machines - followed these steps - It worked!

    Gentlemen

I have escalated both your issues to our Support Crew - we will be in touch.

Christoforos - the protocol has nothing to do with it. 1s and 0s are 1s and 0s. There is something odd going on. When you receive the support request in your e-mail, please reply with details about your connection and set up such as the connection method to your system etc.

    Thanks for your patience.
