NAD c658 hangs after BluOS 3.6.3 upgrade and still hangs with 3.6.6.
It becomes unresponsive to both Android and PC BlueSound controller.
It happens regardless of whether you connect your unit over wireless or wired network.
When the unit hangs it outputs crackling sound to the amp.
Don't bother raising support tickets, because NAD claims to email you and does not. They have a guy named Kyle who is paid mark your ticket as resolved, even though they make no effort to resolve it. The ticket you take time and effort to create, will have no comments, no questions, it will just be marked resolved by Kyle and you will need to enter it again, and again, and again.
If you are thinking of buying a BluOS device from NAD. Don't. You are utterly dependent on the software upgrades and their support and they will brick it and not care to answer support requests.
