    I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your players. To help us look into this further for you can you please send a diagnostic log from your player the next time this issue occurs. The log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app.

    Please send us this log and we will gladly investigate this further for you.
