Going through the procedure as described in https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000057968. When I try to connect the Node 2 to my wifi network via the BLUOS app the procedure comes back with an error message: Not Complete, The iOS device is connected to a different network (192.168.2.1.0) than the one specified for the player (BELL838). Ensure that both are connected to the same network.
My iMAC is connected to my wifi BELL838, so why am I getting this error message.
