Can't get my Node 2 to connect to my wifi network
AnsweredGoing through the procedure as described in https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000057968. When I try to connect the Node 2 to my wifi network via the BLUOS app the procedure comes back with an error message: Not Complete, The iOS device is connected to a different network (192.168.2.1.0) than the one specified for the player (BELL838). Ensure that both are connected to the same network.
My iMAC is connected to my wifi BELL838, so why am I getting this error message.
Very frustrating.

Hello Mark,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Node 2. From what you have described it sounds as though your iMac may be both connected to your network with an Ethernet cable as well as WiFi which could be causing some discrepancy with your IP addresses. If possible, please try disconnecting the Ethernet connection from your iMac to see if this allows you to configure your Node 2 to your network. In case this doesn't help, I have escalated this to our support crew to investigate further for you. A member of our support crew will be reaching out to you shortly to gather some additional information and find a solution for you as soon as possible.
Regards,

Please check this link: https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000057968-How-do-I-connect-my-BluOS-Player-to-the-network-
Connecting to the Node via the browser and configuring the network there instead of in the app solved the same issue for me
Kind regards1
