Tidal pop up window
AnsweredI used to have a Tidal subscription running over the BluOS app ... but because the implementation of the Tidal app within the BluOS app was so limited and not satisfying at the time I quit listening to Tidal over the node2i
everytime I open the BluOS app on iOS (ipad/iphone) device I get a panel at the right side popping up... saying TIDAL: xxxxxxx ... I have deleted the TIDAL app of the music services list .. still there ... how do I get rid of it?

You are still logged in. In the Music Services menu, select TIDAL and log out. Once logged out, please select Help, Diagnostics, Rebbot to restart your Player.
BTW - keep in mind, if you AirPlay or Bluetooth TIDAL from your device to your NODE, you will not be hearing lossless or MQA quality. We continue to work with TIDAL asking for updates to their API for a better experience for all.
