Re-Indexing not working on Node 2
AnsweredWhen I try Indexing a newly setup NAS, it does not work (Synology DS114)
I can see the NAS, I was able to access it and connected through ethernet
I was able to add a shared folder.
Permission is granted for READ only.
When I select it and I click Reindex music collection it stops at 1.
I tried through the help/Diagnostics method, it still won't work (Node 2's light turns white for about 2 seconds and turns back blue)
BluOS version 3.6.3

What I would suggest is to send a diagnostic log to our support crew to investigate what could be causing your index to fail.The log can be sent by going to Help > Send Support Request in the BluOS app and a member of our support crew will reach out to you shortly to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
