    Hi Peter

    I am guessing you are talking about creating Folders on your VAULT using Windows Explorer or macOS Finder. If that is the case, use Guest as the ID with no password.

    If problems persist, it may be a permissions error from moving files rather than copying them from the source. In which case we will need a log file from your VAULT. You can send this by selecting Help, Send Support request in the App.
