    Hello Bill,

At this time it is not possible to add Amazon Music content directly to your playlists through this context menu. I have brought this to the attention of our Quality Assurance team and they will be looking into this further to provide this feature in a future BluOS firmware update.

In the meantime, you can add Amazon Music content to your playlists by clearing your play queue, loading playlist you would like to add these songs to, then add these songs to your play queue and save it as a playlist. If you require some further information regarding managing the play queue, please see the article below.

I'm sorry I do not have a more immediate solution for you but I hope this workaround helps.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

BTW I have a Sonos Connect and their app has no problem creating Amazon playlists within the Sonos app.

Has this been resolved? I can’t create playlist either.

With the Airplay2 can I stream directly from Amazon app to node2i in HD? Will my old node2 show up too?

I would like an update on this aswell. Right now I have an Amazon music subscription and node brick that will only load less than 5% of my songs into the playlist queue so I can only listen to songs that start with A. When will the limit for playlist queue be fixed for Amazon music?

Wesley, I have followed your instructions and was successful in creating a playlist.  But once that playlist was created, I could not find any way to add Amazon songs to it.  Am I correct in assuming that even though a playlist has been created, Amazon songs cannot be added to it without recreating the entire playlist?  Thanks.

Hi, is there an update from Bluos support? The request has been submitted two years ago

I just got a message that something happened in this thread. Can't believe how bad the bluesound customer service is. Sad.
