I bought a recertified Powernode from the Outlet section of your web site. I received it a few days ago and it does not produce any sound. The software part of it seems to work fine, I was able to connect it to my WiFi network and update the software with no problems. When I try to play anything, it appears to work but no sound comes out at all.
I have sent a support request from the Bluos app, and I left a message on your support line, both with no response. Note: I used a different email address for the purchase and the support request. That email address did not seem to work with this forum so I used another one.
How do I go about taking care of this? I expect I will need to exchange this for another one.
