Idagio shows as supported, but not in the Windows app

I heard that Idagio Music Service is now supported.  It appears to be so on your lost of services.

So I subscribed to Idagio.  I updated the app on my Windows 10 PC, went to Music Services, but Idagio is not there.  The BluOS app on my iPhone is up to date, but no Idagio there either.

What gives?

  Hello Roy,
  
  With the most recent BluOS firmware update, we have included support for Idagio's streaming service. If you are unable to sign into or stream from Idagio since updating to BluOS 3.6.2 then this is something our support will have to look into further for you.

  I have escalated this to our support crew to have them investigate this issue for you. A member of our support crew will be reaching out to you shortly to gather some additional information and provide a solution as soon as possible.
