Amazon Music HD Interface on BluOS
AnsweredWhen I access Amazon HD from within BluOS (from the three horizontal bars on the upper left corner), the Amazon interface is almost useless, compared to its appearance and functionality when accessed directly from the Amazon Music HD app. I switched from Tidal (which works great within BluOS) to Amazon, but I'm considering switching back. Is this an Amazon issue or a BluOS issue?

Hi Lawrence
Great question - we implement third-party services via the application programming interface (API) or software development kit (SDK) they provide to us. We read the spec and implement it to the best of our ability. In some cases, we are then subject to approval by their Quality Assurance Team before releasing (Apple and Spotify come to mind).
We have provided feedback to Amazon (and TIDAL too) to improve their API and encourage our mutual consumers to do the same.
Thanks for #LivingHiFi

Is there any updated news in when the Amazon music app will get the full integration that Spotify has. It’s still distinctly basic and does not allow full screen search. Updates please!

Hi Simon
Please express your concerns to Amazon. It is their API they provide. Hearing from their consumers will help.
