    Hello Hugo,

    At this time Amazon Music's third-party integration is only available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Japan. Since you are located in Austria, you will be unable to stream Amazon Music directly through the BluOS app. If you would like to listen to Amazon Music content to your Node 2i you will need to use either a Bluetooth connection or a direct analog input to have this content play from an Amazon Music compatible device to your Node 2i.

    Hi Tony,

    thanks for your answer, but there's no need to do so: the new firmware (3.6) solved the problem and connection works like a charm now.

    Hi Wesley,

    i don't want to be impolite, but for a bluetooth connection i don't need a Node2....and also not for a direct input.

    And correct, i'm located in Austria but my Amazon Account "says": "Sie haben eine aktive Mitgliedschaft bei Amazon Music Unlimited in DE" - so for Amazon Music i'm located in Germany.

    We are investigating but in the meantime, please select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your Player. Once it is back up and running, please select Amazon from the Music Services Menu and try again.

    If the problem persist, please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the log file.

    is "Joe's soulution" also possible for me? As already written, for Amanzon Music i'm located in Germany, which is a supported location.
