    Hi Myothernametx...

Our Quality Assurance Team is investigating. Thank you for your patience.

I am having the same issue. Large playlists do not load in BlueOS but I can use the Amazon app to cast to my Android TV... but I'm not getting the same quality sound

Same problem here too. I have about 130 albums in my playlist which I can access without any problems in the Amazon music HD app, but when I try to access some of those albums from the playlist through the Bluesound app I can’t find some of them.

I have found that it only allows up to 100 albums in the playlist on the Bluesound app. So, all the most recent albums I have added to my Amazon music HD app have been ignored by the Bluesound app. This is VERY frustrating.

I used to have a Tidal subscription until I found out about Amazon music HD. Tidal was easy to use, and well laid out. You could actually see what albums were available by which artists, whereas with Amazon it just has a very small thumbnail and the album title, but not the artist.

I hope this gets sorted out soon because it is really difficult to use, and frustrating after being spoilt by Tidal.

Wow, several years later and I have the same issue.  Why is this not getting fixed?

I have an Amazon playlist (that I created on the Amazon HD music Windows app) with only 34 songs on it, the Android BluOs app connects to my NAD M33 with no problem but gives me the "content couldn't be loaded. Internal server error" message. Following various posts I have found here, I updated my Bluos app, updated the M33, logged out of Amazon Music, rebooted the M33 and logged back into Amazon Music service. It didn't help. Is there any other measure that could cure this?

    The Amazon/blusound integration is hopeless!!!!!

I just spoke to BluOS support and got the same old lies. "We're aware of the problem and working on it.

    It is HOPELESS.

It's been over 2 years that BluOS claims to work with Amazon Music but that's simply not true. It's clear that the issues are not being addressed and makes my Node 2i useless to me. If the issues had been disclosed I never would have purchased it. I consider it fraud to market something without disclosing it's limitations. But I probably have no legal recourse.

    Hi Mark

I hear you have been working with Sam S. at our Support Crew regarding the limitations of the Amazon API they have provided to our Product Development Team and some workarounds regarding giant playlists (which both Amazon and BluOS classify as over 100 songs). Please continue to work with Sam at our Support Crew on this matter for possible workarounds and limitations.

So here it is a few years later and still seems like the amazon issue has not been made any easier.   Giving up tidal and going with Amazon unlimited family plan.   Since I never actually use the tidal app, my playlist is created in BlueOS.   Has this process of transferring playlist from one source to another been cleaned up in the latest version?

    Hi Mark

It is not possible to convert playlists from one source to another in BluOS. I have heard of some third party services such as Soundiiz.com that will do this.

Seems like a pretty logical feature as people change streaming. Services from time to time. From a code writing standpoint it’s quite simple. The Node 2! Simply uses the list to pole the users streaming service and return the info. This can be done at regular intervals or when the user selects to re-index the list. This would also cure the Amazon Music issue. If the player can look at Amazon Music from a specific page within the app it can do it from any page in the app. To include when you are within a song and hit the “next” button or the “add to playlist”

The API provided to us by most services is Read-Only and with very few exceptions, we cannot write back to the service provider.

Updating a playlist in an app or a device only requires writing to the app or the device and not to the music service providers systems. When someone changes a streaming service the app uses the list to search the new provider. When a match is found the playlist is updated. If an exact match is not found the user gets prompted to make a selection.

In the case of the Amazon interface, if blueOS can display the Amazon play list (which it does) there is no reason why it can’t go to the next song. Instead it replays the same some when you hit the next button.

    Hi Mark - just to clarify, this was the statement I was addressing;

Seems like a pretty logical feature as people change streaming. Services from time to time. From a code writing standpoint it’s quite simple.

I understand and that is what I was referring to as well as the Amazon issues.
