    Hi Wesley,

    Thanks for your prompt reply!

I'll interpret this as "not completely unlikely but should not be expected within the next 2 weeks".

    Best regards, Frank

    Ditto to Franks question

I would also love to see ARC added to Node2i, many of use our stereos to improve the TV, movie experience and don't want/need a reciever

Adding HDMI ARC to the Node 2i would make this affordable streamer the perfect addition to my system

I don't expect an answer, but your missing a great opportunity if you don't add ARC to Node 2i

    Regards

    Greg

I am joining the request for HDMI arc in Node 2i. I am waiting with buying, but if competing device appears with HDMI arc, I would consider longer waiting. What is really needed on the market is simple device combining just streamer, HDMI arc and pre-amp to variable pre-out.

    Best regards,

    Petr

    Hi Petr

We have no plans at this time. That being said, the product you are looking at is available today from the good people at NAD Electronics in two-channel with the NAD C658 and in a full AVR in the NAD T778 - both powered by BluOS.

    Hello Tony,

thank for your advice, but over 40 cm deep device is to much for the space I have. I have a question about another setup - Pulse Soundbar with HDMI arc connected to the TV. Would the soundbar be able to stream TV sound to the Node 2i and to control the volume of the node 2i? I have my main speakers and TV oriented in the room in a way that soundbar would help me anyway.

    Thank you,

    Petr

You can group the NODE to the SOUNDBAR and stream your TV output yes. That is the beauty of Multiroom - but some caveats here...  The NODE is a 2 channel system and does not decode DOLBY though the SOUNDBAR does. If your intention is to use the NODE as the main output of the TV, don't you will have a better audio experience using the SOUNDBAR for that. If your intention is to create an LCR or have the NODE act as rears, that also is not possible. You can, however, use the POWERNODE (the active version of the NODE) as rears - two PULSE FLEX can also be used as rears.
