    Hello Thomas,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have forwarded these steps you provided to our Quality Assurance team who have been able to replicate this issue. We will be reaching out to Spotify to work with them and find a resolution to this as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Wesley P.

Thank you for posting this! I've been having a similar problem with my pulse mini (although the circumstances to create the disconnect seem different - i haven't determined the pattern yet. It just seems to happen if i choose a song directly off a liked album).

In any case thank you for articulating this to support! Looking forward to the problem being solved. It has been plaguing me for weeks.

    Hi there,

It seems like the original disconnect problem has stopped happening but now there is a new, similar problem involving spotify connect.

If I choose a song to play from an album that has a favorited song on it via Library > Albums > (Album name) then choose a song from the album, it will play the selected song and then jump to a favorited song, play that song and then stop and disconnect from the player.

If I attempt to play more songs from the album the player becomes unresponsive and disappears from the devices list. If I choose to play from my phone and then reconnect to the player, that works but then it goes back into the cycle of jumping to the favorited song on the album and then stopping.

Everything seems to work fine if I'm playing playlists or radio.
