Adding songs to the top of a saved playlist?

Hi Bluesound, 

I don't think there is a way to add a song to the top of a saved playlist - rather than to the bottom of the list, or did I miss it?

I have a couple very long playlists and each time I add a song, my only option is to add it to the bottom of a saved playlist and then manually move the song up the list by editing the playlist. When the desired position is near the top of the list, the process is a little tedious.

Is there any way to add to the top rather than to the bottom of a saved playlist?

  Hello Marc,

  At this time adding a song to a playlist will only allow you to append this song to the end of the playlist. With that being said, we have received similar feedback regarding ease of use when creating playlists and I have forwarded this feedback to our Quality Assurance team for their consideration. For the time being, you will need to continue to manually move these songs to another location in your playlist but rest assured we will be looking into this for a future firmware update.

  Hi Marc,

  What you could do is:

  - clear your play que (the list on the right that keeps on building up)

  - play or add to the empty play que the songs you want to add to the top of the playlist you want to edit

  - also add this playlist to the play que

  - save the play que, overwriting the playlist you want to edit

  Hi Frans, 

  Thanks for the suggestion - in fact I had also thought about trying something like the method you are suggesting, I was only waiting for Bluesound to confirm there was no easier way. Now that Wesley had confirmed there is none for the time being (thanks for the reply Wesley), I will try this method indeed.
